IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITH US YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE END USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY USING THIS WEBSITE YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS.
1. ORDERING FROM US
1.1 You are deemed to have placed an order with us if we accept an order via our online checkout process. You will be given the opportunity to check your order including any postage and packing charges and to correct any errors. Once you place an order via the website, you will be sent an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered.
1.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. The purchase contract will be made when we dispatch the order even if your payment has been processed prior to that date.
1.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in the Website or in terms and conditions for any service, product or offer.
1.4 The time taken to dispatch each order varies according to the product/s involved.
2. PRICING AND PAYMENT
2.1 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates can be viewed at here.
2.2 Our prices are reviewed from time to time and may be changed without notice.
2.3 Title remains with us until goods are paid for in full.
3. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
3.1 Our products are MADE TO ORDER as to the specifications you select on our website and are bespoke goods. Under Distance Selling Regulations, these goods are non-returnable and non-refundable except under the conditions listed below. Please note that in placing an order you are stating that you have read, agreed and accepted these terms. Colours displayed on your screen may differ to the product colours.
All stated product sizes are approximate and may vary.

3.2 Exceptions whereby products may be returned for replacement or for refund.
A product may be returned, refunded or replaced if
a) it is damaged in transit or is faulty (replacement only)
b) it is not as specified (i.e the wrong image or the wrong product).
3.3 In all cases, you must notify Love Maps On within 7 days in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return goods or replace them clearly stating your Order Number, name, address, contact details and reason for requesting a return. Should the return be accepted, you will be responsible for returning and bearing the cost to return the product to the stated returns address. No responsibility may be accepted by Love Maps On in the event that the goods are returned and not received by Love Maps On.
3.4 Cancellations: Our products are made-to-order and we do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed. You may request cancellation of your order by contacting us within 8 hours of placing the order, however, we cannot guarantee that your request for cancellation will be accepted.
3.5 You can return non-bespoke goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. You must contact us in advance of returning the goods on email@example.com . The costs of returning goods to us will be borne by you. Unless agreed otherwise, all such returns should be made to the return address supplied on the label. No responsibility can be accepted by Love Maps On in the event that the goods returned are not received by Love Maps On.
3.6 Upon receipt of the goods we shall give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as agreed.
3.7 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3.2 will not apply in the following circumstances:
(a) in the event that the product has been used;
(b) to any products that have been made or customised specifically for you – also known as bespoke goods. The provisions of this clause 3.7 do not affect your statutory rights.
(c) Where the product has been incorrectly applied by the customer and where any instructions on the website have not been followed.
4.1 The content and functionality of the Website are protected by international copyright laws, database rights and other intellectual property rights. The owner of these rights is Love Maps On Ltd or other third-party licensors including without limitation Crown Copyright, Cassini Publishing Ltd, The British Library and Anderson Geographics Ltd. All product and company names and logos mentioned or displayed in the Website are the trade marks, service marks or trading names of their respective owners, including LMO.
4.2 You may download material from the Website for the purpose of placing an order with LMO but may not re-publish, reproduce, upload, email, post, transmit or distribute, by any means in any form or in any manner, any information held on or purchased from or accessed via the Website without our prior written consent, except where we expressly invite you to do so.
4.3 Any reproduction, duplication, copying, sale, resale or exploitation for commercial purposes of any information held on or purchased from or accessed via the Website is expressly prohibited without our prior written consent.
4.4 In the event of any breaches of these conditions, LMO may forthwith and without warning:
(a) refuse to supply you with any further products or services;
(b) restrict or deny your access to the website;
(c) take action against you for damages including, if relevant, an account of profits.
5. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
5.1 We cannot guarantee that the Website or Website Services will always be available or be uninterrupted. We will always try to notify users of downtime in our Website Services in advance. However, we may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Website or Website Services without notice and we will not be liable to you if for any reason the Website and/or a Website Service is unavailable at any time.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. When you are ready to make your payment you will be directed to the secure-payment site operated by our merchant service, Paypal. Your payment-card details will be entered on Paypal’s site, not on Love Maps On. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. On occasions, you may find during the payment process that you are asked for an additional security code through a pop-up box from ‘Verified by Visa’ or similar. As at that time you are on Paypal’s site, not Love Maps On's, Love Maps On cannot control nor predict whether or why this appears. Any password you will need to enter here will be one that you have separately set up with the company in question. If you have any questions about this you will need to contact your card issuer or bank.
1.2. YOUR ORDER AND CONFIRMATION
Once you have successfully placed your order you will receive an email, confirming your order.This will show your order number, the product/s you have ordered, the price including any p&p charges and the shipping name and address to which the order is to be delivered: please check this and email firstname.lastname@example.org (quoting your order number) if this is incorrect.
