Delivery & Returns


Information in this section relates to delivery to UK postcodes. Deliveries to other destinations (including the Republic of Ireland) will take longer.
If you have ordered more than one product, they may arrive separately.
Our products are bulky and do not fit through letterboxes. You must ensure that delivery can be taken for your order and that the delivery address you state is always available to take delivery. If you think that the delivery address given may be unable to receive the delivery then you will need to inform us within 1 hr of placing your order.

NB. If ordering for delivery outside of the UK, your order may be subject to additional import duty/tax that you will need to pay as the item enters your country. Love Maps On is not responsible for paying these duties.

Our products are fulfilled by third parties. They endeavour to deliver all orders by the lead times below, however these are a guide and may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control. If you are ordering products for a gift please allow plenty of time especially in the lead up to Christmas.

If delivery by the third-party carrier has been attempted, but where they have been unable to deliver through means outside of our or their control, including incorrect delivery address or no-one available to take delivery, responsibility for redelivery and costs involved may need to be borne by you.

Delivery times

Delivery times are approximate:
Canvases: allow up to 10 working days
Posters: allow up to 7 working days
Wallpapers: allow up to 12 working days
Glass Splashbacks: allow up to 10 working days for standard sizes and up to 21 days for non-standard sizes.
Ceramic Tiles: allow up to 21 working days
Framed Prints: allow up to 10 working days
Cushions: allow up to 10 working days
Coasters & Placemats : allow up to 10 working days

For bespoke proofed products, delivery times apply once proofs have been approved and the order taken.

Delivery times may take longer than stated at busy times such as Christmas.

Items sent by Courier

Courier deliveries will need to be signed for. All delivery addresses stated need to be available to take delivery at all times.

Where possible we will send tracking details for courier deliveries.

Items sent by Royal Mail.

Royal Mail delivery times are outside of our control.
Items sent by Royal Mail 1st Class cannot be tracked and although delivery is normally within 3 days, sometimes it can be longer.
If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your parcel it will be returned to your local sorting office and held for 15 days before being returned to us. 
Royal Mail do not classify an item as lost until 15 working days after its due date ensure you have checked with your local sorting office to ensure they have no parcel for you.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are displayed alongside each product.

Delivery charges apply to each product ordered including those within a multi-product order.

If a Courier Delivery is attempted but cannot be made due to no-one being available to take the order, a further charge for delivery may apply.

International delivery

We are now able to deliver many of our products to North America, Europe and Australia (restrictions may apply). Please contact us before placing your order.


All of our products are MADE TO ORDER as to the specifications you select on our website and are bespoke goods. Under Distance Selling Regulations, these goods are non-refundable, and non-returnable except under certain conditions:

a) it is damaged in transit or is faulty (if so your product will be replaced free of charge)
b) it is not as specified (i.e the wrong image or the wrong product).

 Wallpaper products cannot be replaced or refunded where damage has been caused by the customer by not following the Hints and Tips for wallpaper hanging.
