The placemats are a poor quality - they have an annoying bend and don't sit flat - I left a 10kg weight on them for 2 weeks and it made a slight difference. Very expensive for the map to then be printed on a very odd material. Customer service were very rude when I asked how to flatten them and I had to report them.
